- NASCAR Camping World Truck Series qualifying was rained out on Friday
afternoon at Homestead-Miami Speedway. The field was set according to owner's
points and the practice speeds from the day's lone practice session according to
the NASCAR rule book.
Johnny Sauter will start 5th in the No. 13 SafeAuto/CurbRecords/Mud Jug
Chevrolet after setting the fifth fastest practice lap at 32.520 seconds. Matt
Crafton will start 11th in the No. 88 Menards/Tarkett Chevrolet Silverado after
an 11th place effort in practice with a 32.745 second lap. Dakoda Armstrong will
start 20th in the No. 98 Ferrellgas/EverFi/Drive For Savings Chevrolet Silverado
due to his 33.164 second lap in practice. Frank Kimmel will not start tonight's
Ford 200 due to the field being set by the NASCAR rule book.
The Ford 200 will begin tonight 8:00 PM ET on SPEED.
